Ms. Melino has been a licensed attorney in the State of New York since 1997.  She began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Westchester and Suffolk County in New York, prosecuting felony crimes.  She then joined the law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Eldelman & Dicker, LLP where she gained extensive litigation experience defending high-profile premises security matters for the New York City Housing Authority as well as a large privately owned hotel corporation.  Thereafter, she became a partner in the law firm of Cozen O’Connor.

Prior to joining Tilem & Campbell, she was a member and the Executive Vice President of Innovative Philanthropy, LLC a philanthropic consulting firm which specializes in prestigious non-profit fundraising events in New York City.  She focused in charitable due diligence, research, grant writing, donor cultivation strategies and corporate and foundation relations.
